Tim Shortall has worked in the networking and telecommunications world for over 30 years at various organizations, such as the U.S. Postal Service, GTE Internetworking/Genuity, Smithsonian, NIH, and for the last 18 years in higher education at Penn State University and the University of Maryland. He has played a major role in several large network and telephony refresh projects at many of these organizations. Tim obtained a BS degree in Computer Science from SUNY New Paltz, an MS degree in Telecommunications from Colorado University at Boulder, and an MBA from University of Maryland Global Campus.
