Carrie Groff Appointed as MAX’s Interim Executive Director
Carrie Groff has stepped into the role of Interim Executive Director for Mid-Atlantic Crossroads (MAX). Groff joined MAX in 2022 as the Communications, Marketing, and Administrative Coordinator, where she successfully managed the organization’s participation in national and global conferences, oversaw event planning, and led press and media initiatives. She also played a key role in establishing the administrative structure of QLab, working closely with its Director to strengthen operational foundations.
As Associate Director of Service Development and Community Relations, Groff has enhanced existing partnerships and cultivated new relationships with MAX’s customers and the broader community. Working closely with Tripti Sinha, MAX’s former Executive Director, she represented MAX at major networking conferences, including ICANN, Internet2, SuperComputing, and others.
Groff’s leadership and commitment thus far has been instrumental to the success of the MAX network and the MAX team. We are excited to continue achieving new milestones under her guidance as the Interim Executive Director.
