Tessa Charlery is MAX’s Director of Finance and provides financial management in support of MAX’s business functions, greatly improving business processes and cost effectiveness. She received her Masters degree in Management, with a concentration on the Finance Track, from the University of Maryland University College (UMUC). Prior to starting with the University of Maryland in 2005, she worked with the District of Columbia’s Department of Health as a grant manager for four years.
